Erik Anderouard

Vice President, Operations

Born in France, Erik had a chance to work in extremely diverse parts of the world after graduating from hospitality school, which allowed him to fulfill his passion of understanding different cultures from around the world and discover many different management and leadership styles.

While based in New York since 1998, Erik grew his career with Sofitel from being the opening GM of the Sofitel NY, VP operations for North America to the SVP of Operations for South and North America. He then had the opportunity to be in charge of Global Operations as SVP of operations for Pan Pacific, based in Singapore for 4 years, before coming back to New York in 2018. Erik’s last position was as the VP of Hospitality Operations for a real estate/development company based in Mount Kisco.

Erik believes that we cannot be successful if we do not live a balanced life based on ethics, integrity, transparency and decency, both on the personal and professional level. His goal is to make sure his team and family can achieve all their dreams, whatever those are. This is what drives him and makes him feel happy and fulfilled.
